What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to information the Company collects about you when you use:

  • Our websites (see below); and
  • Our products and services that are available on or through our websites;

Throughout this Privacy Policy, we’ll refer to our websites, products and services collectively as “Services.”

Sarah Riley and Inspired Collective LTD (the “Company” “we” “us” “our”) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its websites, InspiredCourses.com, InspiredCoursesVIP.com, InspiredCamping.com and InspiredZestForLife.com and the services provided therein (the “Site”).

The Company thus provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

Below we explain how we collect, use, and share information about you, along with the choices that you have with respect to that information.

Information We Collect

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so–for example, to provide our Services, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better.

We collect information in three ways: if and when you provide information to us, automatically through operating our Services, and from outside sources. Let’s go over the information that we collect.

Information You Provide to Us

It’s probably no surprise that we collect information that you provide to us. The amount and type of information depend on the context and how we use the information. Here are some examples:

  • Basic Account Information: We ask for basic information from you in order to set up your account. For example, we require individuals who sign up for an account to provide a username and email address. You may provide us with more information, but we don’t require that information to create an account.
  • Public comments: If you have an account with us and even if we don’t, we provide you with an opportunity to express your views and start conversations through comments and social media. Please keep in mind that this information is made publicly available when you publish any comments.
  • Transaction and Billing Information: If you buy something from us, a course, consultancy, membership or other products or services, you will provide additional personal information. We do not store any credit card information received in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorised by a user. These are processed independently of our sites by Stripe or PayPal directly with your bank.
  • Communications With Us: You may also provide us with information when you respond to surveys, seek further support or ask questions in our comments sections.

Information We Collect Automatically

We also collect some information automatically:

  • Usage Information: We collect information about your usage of our Services. We use this information to provide our Services to you, as well as get insights on how people use our Services, so we can make our Services better.
  • Information from Cookies & Other Technologies: We use cookies and other technologies to help us identify and track visitors, usage, and access preferences for our Services, as well as track and understand email campaign effectiveness and deliver targeted ads.
